Available operations
Reorder, rotate by 90 degrees, delete, extract the current page or merge another simple PDF. Split all pages creates a checked ZIP of one-page PDFs. Use Extract when you need only the current page. Native replacement and page rebuilding cannot be combined; save the native result and reopen it before organizing.
Reorder a document
- Open a PDF and select Pages.
- Choose a thumbnail, then use Move up or Move down.
- Extract keeps only the selected page. Undo restores the previous arrangement.
- Every merged PDF is preflighted; special structures are refused before adding pages.
- Review page count and orientation, then download.
Why forms are blocked
Our original page-copy specimen can display widgets while losing the document-level field tree. Our structure experiment provides the original and broken reference for comparison. The app stops before copying when forms, outlines or annotations are detected.
A practical final check
Open important outputs in another PDF reader. Appearance alone does not establish preservation of search, forms or outline navigation. Always retain the original.
Choose extraction or splitting
To send one page, select its thumbnail and choose Extract this page. To store every page separately, use Split all pages to ZIP. Merging starts in file-addition order: check document boundaries and orientation in the thumbnails. Changing page order does not rewrite numbers printed on the page.
Page controls are locked after a native edit
Native replacement is tied to original content positions. Review and save the edited PDF, then reopen it before merging or reorganizing. Reopening does not bypass restrictions on forms, bookmarks, attachments or links. Use a source application that preserves those structures.
Inputs and actual organized outputs
Source PDFs to use together
Two different source files: one English page and two Korean pages. Both are used in the outputs below.
Organized PDF and a one-page extraction
Open the three-page result assembled from both sources, then the separate file containing just the selected page.
The one-page English source is followed by Korean page 2 rotated 90 degrees, then Korean page 1. The extraction contains only rotated Korean page 2. Text, images and page sizes are independently checked.
