Useful issue details
Record the task, browser and version, page count, steps immediately before the problem and the exact error. Reproduce it with a non-sensitive example you create, so the issue can be explained without sharing the original.
Handling support messages
We use the sender address and message content to answer enquiries and resolve issues. We delete enquiry emails within 90 days after handling is complete, except information that must be retained by law for the required period. Send deletion requests to [email protected].
